These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Samurai Shield website and the services provided by Samurai Shield (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Samurai Shield provides professional paint protection, ceramic coating, Borophene coating, paint preparation, interior protection, and related vehicle care services.
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle condition, location, and environmental factors.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All prices provided are indicative and may be subject to change after vehicle inspection.
Final pricing is confirmed once the vehicle has been assessed in person by our technician.

Promotional pricing, specials, or offers are available for a limited time and subject to availability. Once an offer expires, standard pricing applies.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once date, time, and location are agreed upon.
We require suitable conditions for coating application, including covered or garaged overnight parking to allow proper curing.

If suitable conditions are not available, we reserve the right to reschedule the booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover lost time and travel.

5. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

Paint protection results depend on the existing condition of the vehicle.
Scratches, stone chips, paint defects, or prior damage may limit achievable results.

Additional services such as machine cut and polish may be recommended to achieve optimal results. These services are optional and will only proceed with customer approval.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

Our paint protection products are backed by a lifetime product guarantee when applied according to manufacturer guidelines.

The guarantee does not cover:

- Physical damage (scratches, stone chips, dents, impacts)

- Improper washing or maintenance

- Accidents or environmental damage beyond normal exposure

A warranty card will be completed on the day of service where applicable.

7. Liability

Samurai Shield takes all reasonable care when working on your vehicle.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues not disclosed prior to service.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Payments

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to service.

9. Website Use

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page and apply from the date of publication.
